Job Details The schedule is will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.
m.
start time Must be willing to work overtime, This is a physical position, must be able to lift up to 70 pounds on a consistent basis also will be spending 80% of their work day in the warehouse in various temperature controlled environments, freezer, cooler, and dry.
Communication skills are needed for this position Must be able to provide reports to the Operations team Data Entry is needed Must have inventory experience, 1 year of rececent work history experience with no gaps Having Food Warehouse Distribution experience is a plus Must have Forklift and electric pallet jack experience Responsible for the coordination of all activities required to effectively maintain the accuracy of JDE theoretical inventory, slot locations, quantities, and pricing.
Responsibilities:
1.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of product and slot locations.
(15%) 2.
Record, process, communicate and report all supplier debits.
(15%) 3.
Perform purchase order reconciliations and effectively communicate variances with the Accounting team.
(15%) 4.
Conduct physical inventory of perishable products.
(15%) 5.
Conduct weekly inventory of distressed product and communicate variances with the Customer Service team.
(5%) 6.
Perform cycle counts as required.
(15%) 7.
Perform inventory adjustments as necessary.
(15%) 8.
Inactivate WRIN's as necessary to maintain an accurate item master.
(5%) 9.
Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.

Must be capable of completing counts of products from location within the racking system.
