ERP Administrator
Texas Biomed is searching for an ERP Administrator to join our IT team.
This new position is responsibleto ensure the reliable performance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system(s).
TheRole Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP relatedhardware, software, user access or other problems.
Participate in projects to gather userrequirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP systems andapplications.
Monitor system performance and usage tomaintain security and reliability.
Coordinate new software releases, fixesand upgrades with technical teams and users.
Recommend new features or changes toconfiguration/workflows based on use feedback.
Serveas primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, InfoEd eRP, andPaylocity payroll platform.
ConfigureMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ERP, InfoEd eRP, and Paylocity payroll systems incooperation with key business stakeholders to reflect and facilitateestablished business process, financial and operations requirements and systemgoals, and identify system issues.
Supportthe integration of systems and Microsoft Dynamics across the organization.
Providetechnical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems.
Updateand coordinate system configuration changes to enable new processes.
Managesystem updates:
collaborate in planning, coordinate system downtime, backup,communicate to end users about enhancements.
MonitorBusiness Systems operations and conduct performance analysis to assess optionsfor optimizing and configuring the system.
OurIdeal Candidate Associate's Degree from an accreditedcollege/university in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology orrelated field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3
years of job specific experience required to include configuring, maintaining, documentingand supporting ERP Knowledge andskills to configure, maintain, document and support ERPs, strong preference fordirect experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operationalunderstanding of accounting and operations processes, and how they relate toMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Understanding ofSQL Reporting and relational databases Who We Are:
